Andrew Jones
Andrew Jones is a highly experienced retail and commercial leader with a career spanning supermarket, convenience and motorway service sectors. Since joining Compass Group UK & Ireland in 2008 as Operations Director for Healthcare Retail, he has played a key role in expanding the retail business from 12 to over 84 hospital locations across the UK through successful bids, tenders, and acquisitions. Prior to Compass, he held senior operational roles at Roadchef Motorways and worked with major high-street brands including Costa Coffee, Starbucks, WH Smith and Greggs.
As Managing Director of One Retail, Andrew oversees a nationwide portfolio, leading strategic retail development, business growth and operational excellence. He works closely with clients, contract managers and leadership teams to drive innovation, service quality and strong commercial performance.

Olly Young
Olly Young is a retail expert with 17 years of experience spanning healthcare, travel, high street and e-commerce. As Business Development Director, he leads One Retail’s UK growth strategy, overseeing new business across hospitals, travel and instore experiences. With a deep understanding of operations, central support and sales, he specialises in strategic growth and business transformation. Passionate about building a client-centric culture, Olly focuses on delivering innovative retail solutions that exceed expectations.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and hiking across the UK.

Louis Davies
Louis Davies is a seasoned retail expert with extensive experience across both public and private sectors, including healthcare, education and major attractions like ExCeL London. His career began at McDonald's and progressed through leading brands such as Costa before joining Compass Group in 2006. Since then, he has held senior leadership roles across various divisions, including Medirest Retail and ESS, where he played a key role in retail transformation and large-scale mobilisations. His expertise lies in operations, team development and delivering retail excellence across diverse environments.
Outside of work, he enjoys family time, theme park adventures and supporting Tottenham Hotspur.
Marketing Director
Amanda Mason
Amanda Mason is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors. Since joining Compass Group in 2011, she has held marketing roles across Chartwells Universities and Levy UK + Ireland, including its Jockey Club Catering division, where she honed her skills in managing both in-house and high-street brands. Her expertise includes engaging large-volume customers across diverse demographics, with a particular focus on the travel sector over the past five years. Amanda thrives in multibrand environments, developing strategies that resonate with varied audiences and drive brand growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family and is a passionate foodie who loves cooking and exploring new restaurants and wines.

Nick Roberts
Nick Roberts is a highly experienced retail leader with a career spanning travel, B&I, instore grocery, high street and department store retail. Beginning at Trust House Forte with Little Chef and Travelodge, he went on to work with major brands like Burger King before joining Compass Group in 2002. Since then, he has held senior leadership roles across B&I, instore and retail sectors, driving large-scale mobilisations and retail transformation. His expertise lies in operations, team development, and enhancing client and consumer experiences through retail innovation.
Outside of work, he enjoys travelling to explore different food cultures and has a passion for music, regularly attending concerts and festivals.
Head of Finance and Propositions
Megan Lees
Megan Lees is a highly skilled finance leader with a strong background in retail and manufacturing. A chartered accountant, she trained at PwC before taking on key financial roles at Halfords and later joining Compass Group. With expertise in financial reporting, commercial finance and retail lease agreements, she plays a vital role in shaping One Retail’s financial strategy and propositions. Her deep understanding of property finance and retail operations supports the business in driving growth and efficiency.
Outside of work, she is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys playing and watching netball and golf.
Business Development Manager
Robert Meadows
Robert brings over 12 years of experience in catering, hospitality and retail, with a strong analytical background shaped by his first-class degree in Economics. After starting his career in finance, he transitioned into the industry, rejoining Compass in 2018 and becoming part of One Retail in 2020. Drawing on his experience at Compass Group and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), he played a key role in supporting the growth of One Retail Hospitals through the COVID pandemic and beyond. Now, he focuses on driving growth across multiple markets by aligning strategies with client goals.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated athlete and can often be found cycling, swimming, running or training in the gym.

Kate Putnam
Kate Putnam joined the One Retail team in 2023 and plays a key role in developing and delivering retail solutions across new markets. Her focus is on identifying brand partnerships through market research, data analysis, brand engagement and client feedback.
With five years of experience at a major travel retailer, she brings valuable industry insight that, combined with One Retail’s innovation and hospitality expertise, helps create winning solutions for customers and clients. Kate is passionate about enhancing retail experiences and driving strategic growth.
